Rummy,

Going hungry on one of these cruises? Boy, the problem is just the
opposite, effortless overeating! All the meals are so exotic, with a
seemingly endless supply, incredible variety, beautiful presentations, & all
so delicious. I have no idea what sort of credentials & experience it takes
to be a chef on one of these cruise ships, but we never had a meal or snack
that wasn't simply excellent. After we got off the ship in San Juan, Puerto
Rico; it felt wierd to actually have to whip out the credit card to pay
after a meal in a restaurant. We'd gotten used to simply getting up &
leaving when the meal was through!

Deb & I aren't used to living at that standard of pampering & we were a
little uncomfortable with it for the 1st couple of days of the cruise. Then
,we both relaxed & got to enjoying it.

Now, we're both going thru culture shock getting back to reality back here
at home.
