Hi Jim,
Feel free to use my trailer, it's sitting at Locust Point Marina
right now, and they have a ramp as well. How are you fixed for a tow
vehicle?
Taylors Marina should have their ramp operational by then as well.
Perhaps we can discuss this at Fairlee Point....
I'm not sure what things will be like next May, but it sounds like
fun... I've been looking at Navigation Software, this mite kick off another
purchase for Closing Time....

A goal of mine is to sail the length of the Chesapeake Bay next year from
Cape Charles to the top of the Bay at the C&D canal. I've been thinking
about this for some time, and having just returned from a 4 day, 90 mile
cruise, I know it's something I want to do soon. The general plan would be
to sail about 20-25 nautical miles per day, mostly on the eastern side of
the
bay, with plenty of options...no set schedule.
Since I don't have a trailer, I would need to rent one. Is anyone in the
general area interested in renting their trailer for a 2-3 week period next
seas?
Are there any Rhodies out there interested in joining me on this trip. I
think the best times to go on this trip would be mid May (before the bugs)
or even better mid-late September (best winds in the area).
