[Rhodes22-list] Are sexist jokes permitted?

Ed,

We went through this years ago.  All jokes make fun of someone or something
or some group.  Some people find that not funny.  They didn't want to be
subjected to jokes.  So we agreed to label all jokes.  And we agreed that
all jokes are permitted provided they are properly labeled.  Those who don't
want to see them can simply delete.  Others can laugh.  Or not.

This allows people who are on this list only for boating information to
quickly sort through the incoming email which can sometimes become
overwhelming, as it did last week.

I notice Rummy, Steve, and others labeled weather.  I think that's good for
the list.  If you want to know the weather, you can tune into our own
weather channel.  If not, you can just skip it.
