Brad,

I know a lot of the big power & sailboats come with microwave ovens these
days. But, are they standard microwave ovens or have they been "marinized"?
I wouldn't think high power microwave electronics would live very happily or
for very long in the hot, moist, high shock environment on board a small
sailboat. If you end up installing a microwave, then please keep it well
ventilated & protected from water.

Let me know where you intend to anchor with your 70 db genset so I can find
some other quiet spot to drop the hook!
