[Rhodes22-list] Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

How about two FAQ sites; one that anyone can post to and an official one
that is moderated.  Every week (if there is much traffic) or so the
moderators could decide what is valid on the site that is open to public,
move those FAQs to the accepted list, and delete the rest.  If that doesn't
work because people get offended you can cite this message and blame me.
