ok, it think I cured a few problems:
Rummy double message should be history.
The Sometimes footer should now always be thier.
Ken with skipperken@excite.com  should be better.

the '=20' is still an open issue, the is a space in HTML(or return), but it is comming up in a text/palin email, it looks like the mail client is doing it and alot of people do not see it because the html mail was masking it. the only common theard to this problem looks like it is "outlook 6" clients without any of the "sp1...sp3" patches, my thinking right now is wait for another example after these bug cleanup and see if asking for a update fixes it.
