[Rhodes22-list] Test Sail on Chesapeake-- Rhodes 22

Mayo, MD is on the south side of the mouth of the South River just below
Thomas Point Light which in turn is just south of Annapolis, MD.  About 3 NM
from Mayo to Annapolis via the nearest friendly crow but more like 8 or 9 NM
if you want water all the way.
