Our regatta uses a Portsmouth number of 98.0 for the R22 (based on the 2000
table available from US Sailing at
http://www.ussailing.org/portsmouth/tables00/tables00off3.htm). The PHRF is
276, according to the New England PHRF folks
(http://www.phrfne.org/baseh.htm).
