I sail with the Daingerfield Island Sailing Club (Washington DC) =20
Our fleet includes an older R-22 that is probably similar to yours.
She races with a PHRF rating of 264.  She races non-spinnaker but I
don't know the exact foresail size or main configuration.  The main=20
is partially battened and not an IMF system. =20

I would agree with Mark that 276 is the highest.=20
However, anything above 230 will keep you in the game.
 Unless, of course, you have a real bad day sailing.
