Sorry I confused you. The stainless steel brackets attach to the cement =
ballast in the bottom of the boat ( about 7 to 8 inches thick at the =
center and 24 inches wide across the width oh the boat) . I wish there =
was a way to show you the ballast. I have a picture of it in the bare =
cabin, maybe I could send it to you. The post is a wooden 4X4 and mounts =
in another bracket attached to the ceiling.
