I know this is like preaching to the choir, but I just have to say it. =
Yesterday was pretty stressful at work so Julie and I went out for an =
evening sail. There were about 10 mph winds gusting to the low 20s and =
we had the lake to ourselves. It was fantastic. Without even noticing =
it, by the time we were done the days stress was gone and we were =
feeling relaxed and happy. What a great way to spend an evening.
