Also, to those on the other list who have given their inputs, Thank You.
I have a Triad uni-matic type trailer although my boat is a 1976. The =
bunk boards are indeed large, and they sit somewhat outboard where the =
hull has turned about 45 degrees up. They do not sit UNDER the hull =
per-se but are more angled. I have noticed that they do bend under load =
to conform to the shape of the hull there.
There is but one cross member in the keel area but it does not appear =
that there was ever a support bracket there, however, just aft of the =
cross member, there are two holes in the angled cross members ( the =
cross members which run at a 30 degree angle (or so) back to the aft =
corners). I surmise that these holes had a roller pin between them at =
one time, but they are well aft of the first cross member and well aft =
of where I would logically place the weight of the boat. For now, I =
have a 4X4 wooden block attached to the first cross member and it seems =
to do an adequate job.
But you can see why I am curious what it SHOULD look like so I can get =
mine right.

  All,
I am making the request, again. Does anyone have a photo of the =
area of their trailer which supports the keel? I am trying to re-create =
this area on my trailer. All I have to this point is a 4X4 wooden =
block. It does the job but I can't help but wonder what it really =
should look like.
     Thanks for your time.

  Fair Winds,
