[Rhodes22-list] Yacht Club

I will know after the first year if it was worth the money. The first party
I went to had a small open bar, beer and wine. One thing that is nice is
that it gives me a place at the marina to hang out at besides my boat and
the marina restaurant. When it gets real hot or rains hard the members
usually hang out at the house. It has heat, AC, screened porch, full kitchen
and bathroom. I can also use the house for my own parties if it is
available.

It also gets me a discount on slips at the other clubs along the river. Now
I will be able to move my boat down to Concord Yacht Club and slip/moor for
weekends at no cost.
