Well, the bottom paint's done, the teak's done, centerboard cap is 
reinstalled, the port is rebedded, the UPS hardware is installed, the 
stitching has been repaired on the pop-top enclosure, there are a couple of 
new cushions/pillow shams for the cabin and we've started organizing the 
gear. Fred's started cleaning and I'm about to join him in the scrubbing 
and polishing. We have a water flow issue with the Honda outboard but 
hopefully we'll have it back by Friday when we expect to launch.

If the pic I've attached comes through I took it moments ago and shows the 
current state of affairs. Congrats on your early season sailing!
