Rik,

Does Lighthouse Landing have moorings one can rent, too?

Julie,

Dates would be, week of Sept. 21 thru 28. To get info for reservations etc.
go to www.lighthouselanding.com We've been there twice now and have been
very happy with the accomodations. Not real fancy, but well kept, nice and
quiet.

We have cabin reservations for the whole week this year. In the past, we
have stayed on the boat part time and had a cabin for the rest. I would
think you would want to consider achoring out for at least a night or two
as there are many wonderful little coves along the unpopulated side of the
lake to slip into for a night. We have spent a night or two anchoring out
the last two years.

Last year it seemed there was plenty of slip space at the marina for
everyone and then some. Anne might be able to better answer to how full
they are right now.

For us the drive is 875, we have done it in as little as 17 hours. I expect
you could take 125-30 or so off of that.
