[Rhodes22-list] Moving On

Heh--Rhodees--need some objective opinions--I saw all the "unbiased"
opinions and comparisons between the Cal 22 and the Rhodes 22---they were
most informative for someone looking at buying a sailboat of this size. I
will do most of my sailing down around Ocean City, MD--Assawoman Bay---and I
just came across a Seaward 25 (1997) that is in real, real good shape--maybe
sailed 20 times--I had the opportunity to visit the owner today--get into
the boat (no sail though)--lots of room.
Would be interested in any objective commments about this boat--has anyone
out there owned one or sailed on one? Positive and negatives?????

Thanks in advance--

Regards,

Mark W

Well, She who snoozes, loses!!!! I never got my sailing lesson on
"NoKaOi" !!
I will miss seeing your boat at the Deck. I show it to everyone when they
ask me what kind of boat I have up north.( I pretend my boat looks as good
as yours!!) I see, however, that you still have good taste in boats. My
daughter owned a Tartan 33. If I ever traded up, it would be to a Tartan.
They are beautiful boats and are great to sail.

If I don't see you in Florida this winter, thanks for all the advice you
have given my over the years and great sailing to you and Kathy in your
retirement..
