[Rhodes22-list] rudder wobble

I had a lot of vibration in the rudder and it was difficult to steer a
straight course --very un-Rhodes like.

Though the gudgeons felt tight when I pulled on them, I discovered that I
was able to tighten the bolts that hold them on to the transom. The nuts
on the back are easily reached through the lazarette.

That may be worth a look
