Maybe a pilgramige to Edenton and the temple of GB? Someone previously
mentioned that Stan should have a garage sale and after being there, I
couldn't agree more. Everytime someone turns their boat back into Stan for
recycling they send it with all of the misc. stuff - there are more goodies
hiding there than any flea market.

Besides the standard anchor that came with our boat, we also got a very nice
lightweight danforth - we use this for our lunch/dinner hook anchor and it
works great.

We went for a little sail yesterday on our 'cult' boat with a friend
(experienced sailor/racer) who had not been on it before. We hit 5.5k
sailing with jib only on a beam to broad reach in 15-25 knot winds - great
fun! We're going out again today and then we haul the boat out for a trip to
Lake Gogebic in the Upper Peninsula over Labor Day.

I was talking to Stan yesterday about a repair to my boat and he offered to
let me come work there for a day. No pay, just work. ( with a smile in his
voice).

If we are really a cult then we need to plan a day and all show up and work
a day for free......:)
