[Rhodes22-list] Fraying IMF Outhaul line

I would agree to at least some extent.  The furling line and outhaul were tight 
when I left the boat.  Wind pressure either tightened the line wrap on the 
furling drum or the wrap of the sail on it's tube, and allowed the sail to pull 
out a bit and flog.

You bring up a good point.  How tight is "tight enough" and how do you furl 
your main to get it that way?
