Roger and Will,

You are both to be commended for yout excellent acedemic work.

I think this shows not only your obvious inteligence, but also that you both 
have an excellent work ethic. In the end, it usually seems to be the work 
ethic. or lack of it, that separates the haves from the have-nots.

Kudos to you both, keep up the good work.
