[Rhodes22-list] Harrison coming to Rummy's Lake (hey Stan)

Harrison:
          I will make noon ok.  I expect it will take about ten minutes
to put on Tiller unless I drop the bolt in the drink.
          Big Water Marina is on the south end of Hartwell Lake on the
South Carolina side.  It is off US 29 about 2 miles north of the dam.
For you the easiest way is go past Rummy's house to get there.
          That would be take I 85 from Charlotte thru Anderson, SC.  A
couple of miles past the US 76 Anderson/Clemson exit is state hwy 187.
Get off there and turn left (south) to state hwy 24 at the red light.
Instead of going in Rummy's driveway, turn left at the light.  Go across
two bridges on Lake Hartwell.  On top of long grade is a right turn to
hwy 187.  Go short distance to stop sign.  Then continue straight
several miles on sc 187  to another stop sign.  This is US 29.  Turn
right and about 1 1/2 to two miles is a right turn onto Big Water road.
When pavement ends, turn right on gravel, go short distance, watch for
small sign to 'A' dock.  Park on end by office.  'A' is first dock at
office end of lot.  
           If you need lunch, there is no lunch here.  My wife will be
with me.  If you have one, bring her.  Since this an open communication,
it is possible for another Rhodes owner to show up.  
           Too bad that old salt with a silver tipped tongue isn't
coming to Greenville next week.
