Hi Jay just got off the phone with Boat US the most they will insure is 10000 which includes the motor. Only way to increase coverage is to get a formal marine survey. They were not aware of General Boats recycle program but will look into the situation. They simply go to a marine blue book and that is the figure. Thanks for the input. Regards Dan
