Yup. Been there seen that. Nor-Sea did have some problems, 10 or 12 years
ago. The difference between me and most folks that have read that website is
that I have heard both sides of that story. Jim Montgomery (from the
website) pretty much made his own bed on that deal. Far as I'm concerned, he
got pretty much what he asked for. The way I understand it, he's about the
only one that didn't end up with a boat and for that IMHO he has no one to
blame but himself. You see, he conveniently leaves out a few "small" details
on his website that sorta change the whole picture more to his favor.
