Jay,

The enclosed link shows how we fly the US flag from the starboard spreader
aboard Dynamic Equilibrium:

The setup requires nothing more than an eyestrap on the spreader, a Harken
micro block, a small cleat on the mast & about 30' of 3/16" nylon line.
