Michael,

That's way to logical. first, it assumes my mast is straight...
Really I thought to do a rough this way, but realized the forestay is 
27' and change to the deck, less the cabin, less the height of the boom 
above the cabin, so I was about 21'  at 60 degrees...

30'+ doesn't seem right based on that. As i was doing a cable with 
nicropress fittings over thimbles, the line could make up the 
difference.
