        A little expensive, but I saw Stan demonstrate it with the heavy
four stroke motor ( a Yamaha I think ).  It worked fine, did the job,
Stan was very proud of it.

a two way acting winch goes inside lazaret with its switch on the inner
transom 

works best with the latest motor lift that requires no tilting of the up
motor. 
so you could end up spending $1,000 for all the parts
