Well, let's just say your timing could perhaps have been better :-). It
was -17F here this morning, so a parka is definitely in order today.

I think you will find that downtown St. Paul is setup pretty nice as far as
skyways and such are concerned. Seems like you can walk all over downtown
almost, without going outside. Don't know exactly where your hotel is
located in relation to all this though. I can't imagine that a big name like
the Radisson wouldn't be where one could take advantage of most of the
niceties of the area. Have fun - stay warm.
