Rummy,

Yes, I was going to mention how pleased I was to see Wisconsin going in the
direction they are taking now. Hopefully, Minnesota will see what's going on
there, being it's right next door, and follow suit. Minnesota's reputation
for being "moocher friendly" is quite widely known to the do nothings of the
world these days. They come from all over for our wonderful free lunches.
