Paul,

You bring up some good points. Sooner or later push will come to shove and 
we will need to do something.

That being said we might as well try to avoid trashing a country. Proceeding 
carefully doesn't really cost us anything. It will actually allow us to get 
our war machine in place. If we can come up with some evidence it may help 
get the rest of the world behind us. If we managed to get the goods, I think 
Europe would come around along with some of the moderate Arab nations. It 
would be realy helpful to get some of the Arab countries on board. This 
helped us in Desert Storm.

I know it is like looking for a needle in the hay stack but we should go 
through the motions of looking. If they don't provide access to people or 
facilities well then let the fireworks start.
