Brad,

We can't move on Iraq yet. The Iraq people don't have enough white
sheets or white cloth yet. When you surrender 500,000 troops at a time,
you need lots of white flag material. 

The French will be with us when the chips are down. They'll fight to the
last American or British soldier. The Germans, who know a bit about the
French soldier, will help coach us. I believe  the Germans beat up on
the French during the world wars by walking in backwards and announcing
they were leaving. Meanwhile, their biggest concern is their trade
agreements with Iraq. 

Europe couldn't handle the Bosnia, Yugoslavia, Serbia mess. They called
the UN in. What a great move. You can always count on the UN to resolve
world problems. They always find a way to take care of things... with US
dollars. 

BTW, I agree with you and Rik. It just takes me a bit of time to get to
that.
