Joe,

Next time it pipes up, try sailing on just the genoa,perhaps furled if
necessary, and maybe w/ just a bit of the main out. Julie and I have had
very good success w/ that. We were out in 17 gusting to 28 mph winds, the
two of us on the rail, and our 135% all the way out - moved well, pointed
far better than I expected, and we stayed dry.
