	From Michael and Richard's comments, it seems that the Half Moon
was the last sailboat to sail from the Hudson River to Montauk Point.
Could it be done under sail?  At 4 pm the winds will be SSE at 14 gust
to 21.  Since the sound runs sw/ne you would have quite the tail wind.
It makes me wonder if Stan ever sailed from Brooklyn to Montauk Point.
Hey guys, isn't that over 100 miles?  Over 100 miles on a broad reach.
Maybe that is why he takes so much gas to get back.
