[Rhodes22-list] caution boom fittings

Thought I should let everyone Know.  The insert cast alum. fitting in way of 
the goose neck is only held on by rivits on my 73.  They came on glued this 
week end while wing on wing leaving the boom flooping in the breeze.  The 
damndest thing really caught me by surprise.  I pulled out the side rivits and 
shoved a cotter key in there and a sheet metal screw in botttom.  I did the same 
thing at the other end.
