Ed,

We live in Greenwich, CT, and keep our boat here, but have a townhouse and business property in Brooklyn.  I hope to spend more time sailing around NYC this summer, because it is so spectacular, and presents an interesting set of challenges quite different from lake, sound, and ocean sailing.

After 25 years of sailing around NYC I hope to be ready for Hong Kong.
