[Rhodes22-list] The stern rail

If the device Stan sent you is the stock piece, it will fit over the stern
rail.  You do not have to remove the rail.

There is probably a screw holding the opening  portion together.  Merely
unscrew the screw and slip the open end over the rail.  It will stretch
enough so as not to break.
