Bob, Thanks for the leg work. When I am on vacation time is too short to
really search and the phone book failed me. However a couple years back
when I was test driving trailor sailors. I stumbled across a Corsair F-27 in
the clearwater area. He charters, for 1/2 day or full day. That was a fun
boat. They havent been around too long so finding a bargian fixer-up-er was
not an option, and they are really expensive new. I was amazed at the speed
and amount of ground we were able to cover. I also like the ability to sail
in thin water. The down sides were a tiny cockpit (this was the aft cabin
version). The cockpit was maby 4 foot long. That equates to 2 tiny 2 foot
buts on each bench. There is a lot of deck and tramp space but seats w/ a
back rest are few. It was also a complicated boat to just daysail. It had
all kinds of adjustments for racing, Im more of a lazy daysailor. I may be
able to find the guys number If you are curious - you will be impressed with
the speed. Again thanks for any think you can find out.

Bob W.
