[Rhodes22-list] Turn of pennant line in cb cap

Todd,
On my 1984 boat, the pennant turns around a thin walled 1" diameter piece of
tubing that I think is stainless steel. The tubing is 1.75" long. The tube
turns on what looks like another fixed tube that is glassed into the cap
itself. The fixed tube is large diameter. The outside tube turns freely but there is little play between the
inside fixed tube & the outside stainless steel tube.
