[ham] [Rhodes22-list] Decap continued

[Steve]

Mercy, Michael, I feel your pain.  Here in Arkansas we
had a college student like that!!!  I believe his name
was Bill something; could have been, should have been,
probably a good guy but somehow the education system
fail him.  The man never learned how to button his
pants:-)  O'well, even that story had a good ending; a
bunch of people from other states voted him president
and got him out of our state.  If a few more years, we
may have Arkansas back in good shape again. 
Hopefully!!  I always try to look on the bright
side:-)
