Hi guys,
Racing continues here on KY lake, but because we lost the mast
(honestly it actually came down in an S2 regatta here early Sept,)_
we (my team I race with is on an S2-6.7) are no longer racing.
Because I am on the race committee, I was once again committe
boat!
This was particualrly a sacrifice, for the day before I had a new
bottom job completed on my rhodes and waxed the hull!!! Nearly
killed me not to sail that day!
Was 74, windy and sunny. but on the following day was NO wind.
That day Rhodes sure backed outta the slip easily, though! What
a difference a bottom makes!!!
Good thing is, she is ready for the winter season when many folks
ride with me cuz she is so weather-ready! We have so much fun
with winter sailing here.
Anne
