Ben,
	My recycled boat came with two old mounting brackets inside of
the winches, so all I needed was two screws.  But they were an odd size
and rare design.  I found useable brass screws at non-chain hardware
store that carries screws and bolts beyond the most common ones.

the track mounts are a PITA, stan has some nice hardware but you are to
cut glass to install.
