[Rhodes22-list] Forward Hatch Leaking

I have an older Rhodes 22 with the standard two forward hatches.  I suspect that this is a typical problem, they are leaking which is quite annoying when your are trying to sleep during a rain storm.  I have cleaned out the frame gasket seal, re-installed it  and lubricated it.  This helps.  It there anyway I can get replacement frame gasket seals to make it more robust?
