[Rhodes22-list] Breeze on Lake Hartwell

Did anybody notice the breeze on Lake Hartwell Sunday afternoon? Gust to
30+ on the big water. Four foot waves on an inland lake. First, I
watched a boat with a five-foot keel go aground, then it took three of
us on the dock to pull a 26 foot Pearson to a tie up, I passed. Leave
this for Rummy.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] RE:Winter Storage

I wish I had enough space to store the mast indoors, but I don't.

The mast will be stored with the IMF slot down and the spreaders off.
The
jib will be protected by more than just it's self-cover. I plan to wrap

the mast (plus jub furler and stays) in a plastic sleeve to protect the
parts that stick out from beneath the tarp.

Given this, does anyone feel it necessary to remove the mainsail and jib

from their respective tubes and store inside?
