Bob,
It probably has more to do with operator error than a maintenance problem. 
What you aren't telling the list is how many times you've redone the plumbing 
inside because of the Y valve incident with the Georgia DNR guy. 
Why don't you tell everyone the story........I know they would love it as 
much as I do?
