[Rhodes22-list] Isabel - impact on Williamsburg, VA

Heck I don't know for sure it has been so long since I lived there... now 
that I think about it Duke Power is in NC. I was just trying to tell Ed that 
the problem isn't in TN or with TVA. Isable didn't touch us.
