Come on now, There wouldn't been a surplue is Clinton
had not cut FBI, CIA & militery budget.  You can
analyze better than that.  And the only alias that are
not on our side though this things is French &
Germany.  The big part of the world is on our side. 
French & Germany is not most of the world.  Why can't
you all see that!!!!!!!!!!!  Put you head in the sand
it you want but mercy, at least put your head out
enough so you can hear whats going on!!!!!!!!!!
