[Rhodes22-list] Seaward 26

i just am hoping to get it right the first time. I don't like the reefing
lines all forward of the cabin top by the mast base. inconvinient and make
it unable to single hand. seems like the smaller details aren't quite
perfected yet. Noticed a few when we were sailing around the sound.
