not sure, he using a hosting service, but not a standard address, might be an employee, also he has hidden the ownership of the
wintersoldier.com behind a proxy domainsbyproxy.com, a quick Google search show that 144 sites have links to him, mostly seem to be
far right, if you real want to find out, a layer files a lawsuit can sepenpa the hosting company records. or as most things in life,
"follow the money", from his support page,
