there was a notice about the same buried in the Feb and March issues as
well.
My S.O. takes a boat to belize each winter and has been talking about Cuba
every year. He mentioned it before our sail from Belize to Florida and I
warned him that the political winds are blowing against it.
He tells of many cruisers (infact some friends from Canada were caught
in weather going over last dec. and lay in the islands off NW Cuba).
He was quite stunned when he read the latest in Crusing World after our
arrival home last week.
I kept telling him: "bush is out to make a political example of SOMEone!
