[Rhodes22-list] porta-bote

I mostly row mine but, I did take my Mariner 4 HP 2 stroke off the Rhodes
and tried it on the Port-A-Bote just for fun.  With just me aboard I could
get it on the step and it cruised quite well.  2 aboard went fine but no
step.  I heard of people putting up to 9.9 HP on these without problems.  SS
