[Rhodes22-list] Tandem trailers

To those who have tandems,

I'm in the process of modifying my Trailmaster by adding a second axle.  The
new rear axle is about 6" below and a foot behind (aft) of the rubber roller
that the centerboard bumps up on when landing with the board down.  It looks
like the CB might now bump the rear axle first.  What sort of padding, if
any, have you used on the rear axle.
